Bonsoir,
le portable Asus d'une amie avec Ubuntu 18.04 a tendance à planter de
façon aléatoire. Windows plantait aussi (de la même manière, si j'ai
bien compris) et mon fils l'a viré pour installer Ubuntu.
Je l'ai pour un temps très court vu que l'amie va repartir très
prochainement pour l'étranger, donc désolé pour les infos incomplètes.
J'avais déjà vérifié le disque dur avec très peu de secteurs
défectueux. memtest86+ ne trouve rien et j'ai fait un stress test du
cpu : RAS (t° 57°C maxi).
Seul le programme Crystaldiskinfo (sur un live CD Malekal m'indique un
erreur (en jaune) sur le DD (Prudence : Nombre de secteurs instables).
J'ai jeté un coup d'oeil aux log du kernel et j'ai trouvé une ligne qui
me semble intéressante:
PM: suspend entry (deep)
D'après mon amie, le dernière plantage remonte au 6 janvier dans
l'après-midi. Dans le fichier de log, on voit que la dernière ligne du
jour en question est à 15:24:36, la ligne suivante étant datée du lundi
7.
Dites-moi si je me trompe, mais on dirait bien que l'ordi est restée en
veille tout ce temps et n'a pas été redémarré.
Qu'est-ce qui pourrait créer un sommeil si profond qui laisse penser à
un plantage?
